As Transformation & Commercial Excellence Lead you will deliver excellence in the sales-force orchestrator model by building the understanding of our commercial effectiveness model and improving our capability/skills through the development and implementation of SPC learning program among sales teams. You will also drive transformational projects related to commercial teams and act as a hybrid role (office and field-based) reporting to local SPC GM.
Main responsibilities:
  • Successfully engages the Franchises in the understanding of the Orchestrator model
  • Builds a vision, roadmap and milestones for the future that aligns and inspires the Franchises
  • Leads the internal communications to engage and inspire the Franchise in terms of the rep-orchestrator model, e.g. achievement of milestones, learning plan, recognition
  • Works collaboratively with Franchise Leads, TA leads and BOS to ensure commercial effectiveness goals and KPIs are defined to enable clear, continuous understanding of our performance and capability related to the orchestrator model, e.g. customer engagement goals and KPIs, key program KPIs, capability measures
  • Ensures simplicity, consistency, and visibility of commercial effectiveness goals, KPIs and performance through the franchises
  • Works collaboratively with Franchise Leads, Global stakeholders, and local cross-functional teams to understand levels of capability and learning needs related to delivering the orchestrator model
  • Spends time observing and supporting our “orchestrators” to understand performance and identify learning needs
  • Develops a learning plan to engage and support our people in achieving improved capability and high performance in orchestration
  • Collaborates with Global/MCO/external stakeholders to deliver the learning plan
  • Considers and includes how we will embed sustainable capability improvement through our learning initiatives and subsequent learning models, e.g. role-play, coaching, self-led learning groups
  • Considers how we will build the capability and performance of rep-orchestration at all levels (Leaders, Managers and Local Teams) to deliver our vision
  • Conducts After Action Reviews (AAR) to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning plan and identify future capability improvement needs
  • Ensures learnings within franchise can be scaled/shared with other franchises for implementation
About you
  • Experience: Experience in developing sales people skills through trainings/coaching
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and persuasion; Very strong attention to details, with high quality standards for own work
  • Technical skills: Project management skills
  • Education: University degree is preferred
  • Languages: Fully proficient in Czech and English
