PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The Global Business Services within Human Resources is an organization with 800+ employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.

THE ROLE


As a Payroll Consultant you will be responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing in the designated area with in-house Czech payroll and for supporting payroll projects.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You will need to have previous experience of Czech payroll in a service-oriented environment. This role requires the accurate handling of confidential information and so you must have a strong eye for detail.
You must also be able to work with virtual international teams and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

MAIN TASKS INCLUDE

  • Independent performing of all payroll related tasks.
  • Mandatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalation of non-standard cases.
  • Support for external & internal audits.
  • Cooperation with third parties and external authorities (Social Security, Health Insurance).
  • Support for the implementation of project activities as Project Subject Matter Expert.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Czech payroll.
  • Upper-intermediate in English, fluent in Czech.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • University degree as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
