MI & Reporting Analyst

As a Barclays MI & Reporting Analyst, you provide support to portfolio leads in ensuring high-performance delivery of reporting & MI across Barclays International (Change portfolio). Monitoring projects health within assigned portfolio, supporting users with qualitative data & control actions, collating & consolidating project data within specific portfolio (business), and supporting portfolio planning leads to monitor & drive reporting & MI and drive effective collation of quality data work with internal stakeholders will be part of your role.

What will you be doing?
- Providing in-depth Reporting and MI support for project managers, portfolio managers, PMOs, Transaction Cycles, and the like
- Ensuring effective operation of processes and data; managing implementation and embedding of new processes and tools to improve reporting efficiency
- Flagging process gaps, resolving locally upon stakeholders’ requests, and ensuring data quality is at utmost accuracy
- Comprehending key Investment Reporting metrics and monitoring those via reporting
- Developing and managing portfolio procedures, templates and other shared information that improve efficiency of project and program Investment Reporting
- Providing support, coaching and guidance to internal stakeholders and Senior management to make effective decisions
- Preparing key forums (such as Portfolio Working Group; Mission Critical Forum, etc.), analyzing and justifying spend profile, reviewing and monitoring project statuses
- Supporting supervisor and management on other tasks (adhoc and firedrills)
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced Excel skills, excellent background in managing large data reporting, rich use of formulas, pivots, and the like
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, understanding of how to analyze project data
- Ability to juggle priorities, multitask and execute at speed or under time-pressure
- Experience working in multi-national environment in a role of Reporting/Analyst/PMO/Project Controller/Business Analyst
- Possess a good knowledge of business and change portfolio environment or project management certifications
- Professional communications – emails/agenda
- Base knowledge of Qlick View/Tableau/SSRS reports interface (from user-perspective) is preferred but not mandatory

Our Prague office is based in the financial center of Prague. We are part of the Operations and Technology Division, and as such, we try our best to stay at the top of our technological game.
