Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all On-Site delivery operations (BAU & projects/NSSRS) are delivered to the customer expectation, within given timeframe and at give cost/price
• Ensure that service is delivered as per agreed processes, procedures and policies
• On-site help with coordination and planning of the BAU tasks and projects/NSSRs
• On-Site Vending Machines & Lockers program lead
• Work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope
