Main Responsibilities:
- Support with Communications activities such as:
- Content ideation, creation & editing for different forums & channels (newsletters, events & meetings)
- Developing internal communication plans and materials to support employee engagement & End-to-End content management.
- Video scripts & storyboard production
- Support in producing short interactive videos
- Design one pagers, marketing visuals/documents for different topics
- Support us in simplifying our communication & reaching a broader audience
- Support with preparing presentations for different topics
- Support in maintaining internal communication channels – SharePoint, Yammer etc.
- Help us in elevating our communication with your creativity :)
Basic Skills & Requirements:
We’re looking for:
- Experience with and knowledge of Video creation & design tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) is required.
- Someone who is creative, stays curious & takes initiative.
- Experience with designing visuals is required.
- Experience with working on marketing documents & content creation
- Excellent verbal & written Communication skills – ability to tell a story, build a network & inspire people
- Passionate, Self-Organized & dedicated towards making a positive impact
- Ability to multitask & take initiative
Language requirement: Fluent English
Educational requirements: A field of Communication/Marketing desired but not required
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with visual storytelling, video production & social media
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Studio, and SharePoint.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual requiring minimal direction.
- A team player & able to work with all levels of employees, including senior leaders.
- Able to deliver results, particularly in narrow timeframes.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced organization.
