LitFin - Litigation Financiers, a leading litigation investment specialist in Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Project/Product Manager to join our team.
LitFin is working on a new product that will complement its business on the EU market. Therefore, we are looking for an open-minded and proactive manager who will establish this new product.

Job description:
- Creating, supervising, managing, and monitoring team members to ensure that all parties are on track with deadlines, schedules, and requirements;
- Developing the product from an idea to a viable reality;
- Implementing best practices related to the product from the US and UK markets to the EU market;
- Ensuring compliance with financial plans and updating them;
- Communicating with clients, partners, and law firms;
- Collaborating with other departments;
- Developing business with high-profile partners such as banks, insurance companies, and funds;
- Providing regular reports on the progress of the project.
What we expect:
- Independence and responsibility for the assigned agenda, with an ability to move things forward;
- Business development skills;
- Organizational and argumentative skills;
- Precision and a systematic approach;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of German is an advantage);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- An orientation in law and economics is an significant advantage
