The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) organization sits within the Global Finance and Administration Board Area of SAP. Our purpose is to deliver services that drive customer experience, and we aspire to become a world-class Finance services organization that creates value for our customers.

We are looking for a Change Management & Communications (CMC) Lead to join the central GFSS People & Business Success (PBS) Team. Our team’s mission is to ensure and drive a consistent framework for GFSS’ strategy, its execution, quality and compliance management, people and culture, as well as change management and communication.

In your CMC lead role and as part of the GFSS PBS Team, you will be a key player in leading the global CMC activities for the GFSS organization which includes regular presentations among executive leaders, as well as preparing, organizing, and executing global on-site and virtual events.
We are looking for a creative and out-of-box thinker that will bring new ideas to the table, is passionate about providing great experience of the organization to employees, enjoys working in a diverse team, and has strong communication, change and project management skills from conceptual work over coordination to execution and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, deliver, execute, and evaluate GFSS CMC strategy to internal customers and stakeholders.- Manage internal communication platforms and channels from content design to execution in a co-creative, self-managed team (SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, or similar).
- Produce and maintain high quality standards across all deliverables and assets in line with our strategy (video production, blog posts/articles, presentations, story writing, social media copies) with impactful narratives.
- Provide CMC consultation to our customers and stakeholders.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
English as a first language, or advanced English as a second language (C1 and above) and exceptional C-level communication for our customers and stakeholders.- Versed in collaborative platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, or similar).
- Public speaking skills to moderate global/local virtual/on-site events.
- Ability to produce clear visual content to achieve desired results following the internal branding guidelines.
- Proven experience producing communication materials end-to-end, including writing and arranging talking points, collecting leaders’ input and content creation for internal audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high ability to collaborate across multiple teams, cultures, and stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively and independently while integrating feedback from customers and stakeholders along the way.
WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of relevant working experience.- Proven track record in communication and presentation towards executive board and senior executives, ability to summarize complex issues and derive clear recommendations.
- Experience in driving significant change to reliable business outcomes, and with high customer and employee satisfaction.
- Experience in global and virtual teams across multiple lines of businesses, geographies, and cultures.
